We take customer feedback to heart. If we haven’t lived up to your expectations, we need to know. Our goal is to provide you the best experience in our stores and the best ride on the road or trail. If we haven’t succeeded at that, we respectfully ask that you give us the opportunity to set things right. Many of the programs outlined throughout our website, as well as many policies that we use internally every day, have come from our desire to address customers’ concerns.
If we have provided you a superior experience, we’d like to know that too. Our staff takes their jobs pretty seriously, and positive comments can really make our day!
If you’d like to let us know how you feel, please email us at Flagstaff@absolutebikes.net . These emails are received by our General Manager, Anthony Quintile. Even when he is on vacation, he’ll typically check emails daily and try to get you a response and any issues resolved quickly.
If you’d like to contact the owner, please email Ken Lane at Ken@absolutebikes.net. Ken doesn’t necessarily check his email as frequently, but he will get back to you.
If you have Sedona-specific concerns, bad or good, please contact Jared Wesley at Sedona@absolutebikes.net. Jared checks his email frequently and will do his best to resolve any issues or pass on any kudos in our Sedona store.
