Scroll down for info on traveling to Flagstaff. Try out some of the folks listed below. For more info, contact the Flagstaff Convention and Visitor’s Bureau.
- Best Western Pony Soldier-These guys have comped rooms for the timers for the Old Fashioned Mountain Bike Race for the past several years allowing us to donate more money to the St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance, Flagstaff. Thank you to them!
- How do I get to Flagstaff? If you want to visit Flagstaff from far-off lands, you’ll probably be flying. Most folks fly into Phoenix, AZ (PHX) and rent a car to drive to Northern Arizona, which is approximately 2.5 hours. You can also fly into Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG) on a genuine propeller driven airplane. We like these guys, Arizona Shuttle, as well as they will take you and your bike from the airport to Flagstaff or Sedona.
- How do I get my bike to Flagstaff? Although it is possible to take your bike with you as checked luggage on the plane, which is expensive and not insured, we recommend that you ship your bike to us and we are happy to receive and assemble, (or not assemble as you wish, which is free), your bike for a nominal fee. Please put a note, addressed to us, on the outside of the box letting us know whether to assemble your bike or not and when you expect to pick it up. Keep in mind that we rent some pretty nice bikes, which can not only save you a lot of hassle with boxing and shipping your bike, but can provide an awesome opportunity to try out a new ride. Our shipping address is:
