Taylor House Ride! COURSE UPDATES!! PLEASE READ July 15th, 2017. We were informed late by Coconino County that the southern-most part of the ride options will be affected by road construction. Temporary new routes this year. Click here for route details and to sign up. https://www.absolutebikes.net/community/events/taylor-house/

Ride of the Month: Rogers Lake Connector Trail is connected!

After years of construction, the Rogers Lake Connector trail can now be ridden all the way to Coconino County Parks Rogers Lake Trail System.

We recommend a ride from Fort Tuthill around the Soldiers Trail to connect to the Flagstaff Loop Trail. You’ll make an acute left turn onto the Rogers Lake Trail about half way to the intersection of Purple Sage and Woody Mountain Road.

It is several miles out to the loops at the Rogers Lake System. You’ll be returning the way you came.

These trails are flowy single tracks through open pine forests, with a few surprising rock outcroppings along the way. There is a connector to the Flagstaff Arboretum, which can make for a nice day trip as well.

Propaganda: Doing our best

It is always our intention to do the best work and provide the best service to everyone who comes in our doors. Integral to that effort is our desire to communicate as clearly with our customers as possible.

We get busy, and working with bikes is not always cut-and-dried. We always want our customers to know that is we are not addressing your needs, we want to hear how we can do better.

We aren’t big fans of online reviews, (although we always appreciate good ones!). We hope that our customers will let us know face-to-face, or with a phone call or a direct email, if there is something we can do or could have done better for them. We see any effort to reach out to us in this manner as a great opportunity. We cannot improve if we don’t know how to be better!

Always feel free to contact one of our managers with any input. For sales related stuff in Flagstaff, email nate@absolutebikes.net. For repair related things in Flagstaff, contact kyle@absolutebikes.net. For Sedona specific concerns, email jared@absolutebikes.net.

For other questions, feel free to contact our general manager, anthony@absolutebikes.net, or the owner, ken@absolutebikes.net . (Ken can be slow to respond at times, so maybe cc the other guys too.)

And of course, we always welcome anyone stopping by or calling us at (928) 779-5969 or (928) 284-1242 (Sedona).

As always, thank you sincerely for your business and support!
