  • Routine Bike Care and Terminology
  • Lubing your chain, wet vs. Dry lube
  • Cleaning your bike
  • Regular bolt checks
  • How things wear on your bike and prevention
  • Fixing a flat / changing a tire
  • Setting tire pressure
  • Trailside maintenance and things to carry on your ride
  • Pedal Installation

At the end of this clinic, you will receive a pamphlet with the information covered that you can take home.


 


Servicing and Bleeding Your Hydraulic Brakes
