It is extremely important to us that your bike, ebike or scooter works well, not because of some techy desire to see metal parts function efficiently, but because we want your ride to be exceptional. A well-tuned bike should “disappear” under the rider: just you and the road or trail.
 
Most of our mechanics have managed repair departments at other shops before working here. We have a diverse array of skill specialties in our repair shop, and every mechanic is capable of servicing pretty much any bike. If you own something esoteric of exceptionally high-end or unique, we have different folks who will be able to troubleshoot, repair and adjust your equipment.
 
Every repair is checked over by a senior mechanic before it leaves the shop. A second set of well -trained eyes and hands make sure your bike is perfect before it leaves the shop.

We are the experts in scooter tire repair!  We are happy to help source the right parts or install those solid rubber tires you purchased.
 
If you have something else, like a wheelchair or adaptive bike that no one will touch give us a call and we will see how we can help you.  It's not all repairable but if parts are available we will help.

We do literally thousands of repairs every year. Even the best techs are bound to make a mistake occasionally, and sometimes the solutions to certain issues are a bit trial-and-error. We back up what we do, and we won’t make you wait for a second appointment if things weren’t right the first time.  If our work isn't what you expected, give us a chance to make it right.

Scheduling repairs and Same Day Service

People seem to be pleased with the quality of our repair work, and as a result, we have needed to develop a pretty efficient way of scheduling our repair work in the busy spring and summer months in order to keep up with the workload. Most minor one component repairs we strive to execute within a day or so. More time-consuming work, like tune-ups and suspension work, is scheduled first-come-first-served. If your bike is left here with us, it will get done sooner. We can schedule repairs for “Same Day Service” as well. If your bike is working adequately enough to continue riding in the meantime, we can schedule a day to drop off your bike and have any needed work done that same day by close. If there is something relatively minor keeping you from riding, we will do everything we can to get you back on the road or trail in the for now, and schedule the more substantial work for a later date.
